Days 1 & 2

Together, we move through a day designed to gently explore and release what’s been holding you back. From EMDR sessions woven with somatic practices, to pauses for reflection and rest, and ending with grounding bodywork, this is a space to reconnect with yourself, your story, and the shifts you’re ready to make.

9:00am
Begin the day with EMDR therapy, a highly effective method for processing and releasing trauma, tailored to your unique goals and challenges. These sessions are interwoven with somatic practices such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) to deepen your experience and insights.

12:00 - 1:00pm
Enjoy a restful lunch at your own pace. This is a time to reflect, recharge, and integrate the morning’s work.

1:00 - 4:30pm
Continue with EMDR therapy, incorporating breaks as needed to stretch, walk, or simply rest. These sessions are customized to meet you where you are, allowing for safe and compassionate exploration of your inner world.

4:30 - 5:00pm
BioEnergetic Systemic Technique (BEST) Treatment: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: End the day with a gentle, non-invasive bodywork session. BEST works by removing energy blockages and restoring the natural mind-body connection, helping you feel grounded and balanced as you process the day’s work.
